ONE TIME CONTRACTS
•A down payment of 50% of the cost will be paid on the date the contract is signed
•Final payment must be made before or on the date stated on the contract
•Please inform us 7 days before due date if payment cannot be made so arrangements can be made
•If payment has not been made 14 days after payment date an additional $10 late fee will be charged for each day the other half of the payment is not paid
MONTH-TO-MONTH CONTRACTS
•Payment must be made before or on the date stated on the contract
•If payment has not been made 14 days after payment date an additional $10 late fee will be charged for each day the payment is late
•If you no longer wish to renew your month-to-month contract, you must inform us no less than 14 days before your renewal date—otherwise you will be expected to make a payment of the full amount stated on your contract upon renewal date
•If you wish to discuss possible changes to your month-to-month contract, you will need to inform us no less than 14 days before your contract renewal date—otherwise you will
you have to wait until after your renewal date to make changes and will be expected to make your payment for the amount listed on your contract
6 MONTH CONTRACTS
•Payment must be made before or on the date stated on the contract
•If payment has not been made 14 days after payment date an additional $10 late fee
will be charged for each day the payment is late
•If you wish renew your 6 month contract, you must inform us 30 days before the contract expires—we will begin to reach out to you during this time!
•If you wish to discuss possible changes to your 6 month contract, you must inform us no
less than 14 days before your next payment date listed on the contract
•If any changes are made to your contract, please be aware that your new contract will
begin a new 6 month time frame. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
•Should you break your contract at any time during the negotiated time frame, you will be
expected to make your payment along with any additional late fees
•Your contract is a binding and legal agreement that will be signed by both parties
•Breaking your contract and/or refusing to pay your contracted amount on or before the
due date along with any additional late fees, may result in legal actions against you and temporary or permanent termination of our agreed services
